In-process Testing for Continuous Quality Control
Strict Final Product Testing Procedures
We perform detailed testing to each product meets the high performance standards and precise specifications.
Check out Our Test Checklist:
- Ensure good waterproof and moisture-proof function.
- Bag opening strength: Ensuring the bag remains intact even if it is torn.
- Material strength: Ensures the material can withstand pulling force without tearing.
- Pass Criteria : The bag’s seal must not crack or split when force is applied.
- Pass Criteria : UV protection greater than or equal to 99.8%.
- Pass Criteria :
- Small items: Within a 0.5mm margin of error
- Medium items: Within a 1mm margin of error
- Large items: Within a 2-3mm margin of error
- Brochures : Checked for color consistency, dimensions, and typography accuracy.
- Cartons : Must be 5-layer thick and inspected for size, and print quality.
- Printed Outer Bags : Inspected for ink stability, color consistency, size, and typography accuracy.
